We woke up to snow the other day, it had flurried during the previous day and then stopped, so to we were very surprised when there was a bit outside. check out the car . . .(picture taken from our apartment window, but that is my jetta)
Also we have been getting creative with the contents in the pantry. We made what I call pizza rollups the other day.
Recipe:
make pizza dough(or buy it)
roll out thin,
cut in to triangle size pieces (about the size of croissants)
place meat, sauce and cheese on the fat end of the triangle,
roll up, fat end on the inside,
we sprinkled pizza spices on the outside and baked them until the outside was crispy.
dipped in ranch dressing(cali style)
They were great!! even good reheated.
What is Darren going to do in all of this coming snow? Is he prepared?
