Dear Philadelphia,

I know you have much going on and many people are in love with you, however I am sad that my husband and I are stuck in a job way out in the suburbs that does not allow us to explore all of you. I am also wondering if you could do something about the weather and make it sunny, or snowy, or warmer? Anything other than cold and gray and brown would be wonderful!
